Ive been flat out this week training all over the country. Monday and tuesday i dusted off the downhill bike and headed over to the Forest of Dean for a couple of days downhilling, which took me a while to get back in to but it was wicked fun.
Wednesday through to sunday i was staying with a good friend and awesome bike rider, Tom Dowie. We rode all day every day hitting up trails, 4X tracks, single track and dirt jumps.
